Yes, genuinely. There is no insider secret and I do not have a back channel to anyone. I put in the hours, logged what happened, and built tools because doing it by hand is tedious. You can do the same. The trade is time against money, and I am not going to pretend one answer is right for everyone.

If you do go the YouTube route, check the publish date on everything. Voice123 changes its algorithm periodically, and following a two year old video can put you further back than doing nothing.

The Analysis shows you exactly where you stand and what to change. You make the changes. VIP means I make the changes, and then I maintain the profile for a year as the algorithm shifts. Analysis is $99. VIP is $1,499 for the year.

Download files, upload files, and use a shared Google Drive folder. That is the whole list, and I am not being glib. If that genuinely is not something you can do, I am not the right person, because the entire workflow runs on it.

You get a shared folder with a Questions doc in it. Write questions down as they come up, and we go through them live at our meetings. I do not do email-anytime, and this is not me being precious. Nothing gets forgotten, and neither of us is answering messages at eleven at night.

The old one was built on Webflow with third-party plugins bolted on, and one of those plugins got the whole site flagged by antivirus software.
