Who it is for
Voice actors who need a real website and do not want a project. You have a demo reel, a bio, and a way to be contacted. That is genuinely most of what a casting client needs from you, and a small site that does those three things well beats a big site that does them badly.
Who it is not for
If you want your site to actively pull in strangers who have never heard of you, that is the Lead-Gen Site, and it is a different amount of work. If you already have a site you like, you probably want the SEO Audit instead.
What you get
- A handful of pages: home, about, demos, contact. More if you need them, within reason.
- Your demos, hosted and playable, on a page that does not make people wait.
- Basic SEO built in from the start: real page titles, descriptions, clean structure, a sitemap, and schema markup so search engines understand what you do.

What happens after you buy
You get a short intake asking for your demos, your bio, your headshot, and anything you want people to know. I build a draft, you get one round of real feedback, and we ship it. Plan on about two weeks from when your materials land.
What it costs to keep running
The $1,299 includes your first year of hosting and management. After that it is $299 a year, which covers the hosting, the software updates, and me keeping it healthy. No surprises, and you can walk away at any renewal with your domain and your content.
The honest bit
I build and manage these myself, on my own stack. That means I do not manage sites on Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. If your site lives on one of those and you love it, keep it, and buy the SEO Audit instead. I am not going to move you off something that works just to sell you a rebuild.

About Simple Site
Do I own the site?
Yes. Your domain is yours, your content is yours, and if you ever leave, you leave with them.
Can I edit it myself?
Small text changes, yes, and I will show you how. Structural changes come to me. That is the trade for not having to learn a page builder.
What if I already have a domain?
Good. We point it at the new site. Nothing breaks.
Do you write the copy?
I will edit and shape what you send me. I am not a copywriter and I will not pretend to be, the same way I am not a voice coach.
