Who I am

Online Casting Optimizer is a Curious Nomad LLC business, run by Nichalia Schwartz. I am independent and not affiliated with Voice123, Voices.com, or V123 Pros.

What the services are, and are not

Every service on this site is discoverability work: analysis, optimization, websites, and SEO. I promise honest work on your visibility. I do not promise bookings, income, or jobs, and no part of these terms or this site should be read as that promise. Whether a client hires you comes down to your work, not mine.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. The full price is shown before you pay, and there are no hidden fees. You are responsible for any taxes your jurisdiction applies to the purchase.

Refunds

There are no refunds, for the reasons explained in the no-refund policy. If I get something wrong on my end, I will make it right.

What I need from you

Client work runs on a shared Google Drive folder. You provide the materials the welcome email asks for, put files where they go, and keep questions in the Questions doc for our calls. Some services require access to your accounts or site; the work cannot happen without it.

Who owns what

The reports, analyses, and data I deliver are yours to keep. The tools, methods, and processes I use to make them are mine.

Liability

I do the work carefully and honestly. To the maximum extent the law allows, my liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, where Curious Nomad LLC is registered.
