No-refund policy

I do not offer refunds, and I want to explain why rather than bury it in the terms.

What you buy from me is data and analysis. Once I have run the searches, graded your samples, and handed you the report, that work exists and you have it. There is no version of a refund where you give it back.

So instead of a refund policy, I have a fit policy. I turn people away. If the quiz says I am not the right person for you, believe it. If you are not sure, email me before you buy and I will tell you honestly. I would much rather talk you out of a purchase than take your money and disappoint you.

If something goes wrong on my end, if I miss a deadline or deliver something broken, tell me and I will fix it. That is different, and I will make it right.
