Privacy policy
This policy is a plain-language draft and is being reviewed by a qualified professional before the site takes payments. If anything here is unclear, email me and I will answer plainly.
What I collect
- Your name and email when you buy something or fill out a form.
- Payment details, which go directly to Stripe. Card numbers never touch my servers and I never see them.
- The contents of intake forms you choose to send me.
- Quiz answers are processed in your browser to show your result. They are not stored unless you ask for your result by email, in which case I keep the email and the result letter you sent.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and form submissions), and Google (the shared Drive folders used to deliver client work). If that list ever changes, this page changes with it.
What I do not do
I do not sell your data, rent it, or market to people who did not ask. There are no advertising trackers on this site, no third-party analytics scripts, and no marketing email list.
The notify list
If you join a notify list, I save your email for one purpose: to send you one notification when the thing you asked about is ready. That is the whole use.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will do it. If you are in the UK or EU, GDPR and UK GDPR give you these rights formally, and I honor them either way.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser's storage and never leaves it until you check out.
